Most clients enjoy a smooth, hair-free back for three to six weeks. Individual timing depends on hair growth cycles, hormones, and lifestyle. Regular touch-ups every four to six weeks maintain consistent results and can reduce regrowth density over time.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first treatments, but our technicians use techniques to minimize pain. Exfoliate lightly a day before, keep hair about quarter-inch long, avoid heavy exercise and sun exposure before appointment for best comfort.

Yes — we accommodate sensitive skin with gentle waxes and patch tests. Inform your therapist about allergies, recent treatments, or topical medications. We’ll tailor the approach and recommend appropriate aftercare to reduce irritation and soothe skin.

For 24–48 hours avoid hot baths, saunas, and vigorous exercise. Use a soothing, fragrance-free lotion and avoid sun exposure. Begin gentle exfoliation after 72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and keep the area clean and hydrated.

You should avoid waxing over sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, active severe acne, or if using isotretinoin. Certain medical conditions and blood-thinning medications may also restrict waxing; disclose medications and consult with our staff before booking.

A minimum hair length of about 1/4 inch (6 mm) is ideal for effective waxing. If hair is longer, we can trim it first; if it’s too short, you may need to wait until it reaches the recommended length for a clean removal.
