Get answers to common questions about Brazilian Wax.

Most clients enjoy smooth skin for three to six weeks, depending on hair growth cycles and individual factors. Regular waxing can lead to finer regrowth over time. We recommend scheduling every four to six weeks for consistent results and maintenance.

Some discomfort is normal, especially during initial treatments, but techniques and quality wax minimize pain. We use calming lotions, controlled temperature wax, and a gentle pace to reduce sensitivity. Breathing, relaxation, and aftercare help lessen discomfort during and after your appointment.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours before to remove dead skin and reduce ingrown hairs; avoid sun, retinoids, and strong acids for several days. Hair should be about a quarter-inch long. Arrive clean and avoid heavy lotions for optimal wax adherence and results.

Avoid hot baths, strenuous exercise, and tight clothing for 24-48 hours to prevent irritation. Apply gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and begin light exfoliation after 48 hours to reduce ingrowns. Use cool compresses for persistent redness and contact us with concerns.

Waxing is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but sensitivity may increase. Consult your healthcare provider if concerned and inform your technician about pregnancy or medications so we can adjust products and technique for increased comfort.

We follow strict sanitation and privacy protocols: single-use supplies, sterilized tools, fresh linens, and private treatment rooms. Technicians are trained in professional draping to ensure comfort and modesty. Share any preferences beforehand for a tailored, discreet experience.
